Johnson Pump Marine Cartridge Combo bilge pump are JPM's proven Cartridge Bilge Pump combined with a non-clogging electro-magnetic float switch for automatic operation. The switch reacts to the level of water present in the bilge and automatically activates and deactivates the pump.
Operation: When the bilge water rises the magnet float, it floats up and the air in the float house is forced out through the vent hole. The magnet float starts the pump when bilge water reaches 50 mm. The valve closes and the magnet float stays in the start position due to vacuum inside the float house.
