Product Overview

The Genuine Koshin Spiral Volute Casing (Part No. 0115559) is an OEM internal pump housing designed specifically for Koshin 3-inch heavy-duty trash pumps, including the KTH-80X, KTZ-80X, and KTR-80X series.

Cast from high-strength, wear-resistant ductile iron, this internal spiral housing forms the hydraulic compression chamber around the impeller. It efficiently channels slurry, muddy water, and gravel away from the impeller while protecting the outer aluminum pump casing from severe internal abrasion.

⚠️ IMPORTANT COMPATIBILITY & FITMENT NOTICE:

The 0115559 Spiral Housing is a legacy-generation component

• Compatible ONLY with Front Cover Part No. 0115545: This volute casing features the original mounting tab geometry and dimensions designed strictly to fit the legacy 0115545 front cover

• NOT Compatible with New Front Cover 0121900: This spiral casing CANNOT be installed with the new-generation 0121900 front cover. The mounting bolt alignments, depth offset, and internal sealing profiles do not match.

• If upgrading to the new system: If your front cover has been updated to 0121900, you must order the new-style 3-inch volute casing (P/N 0121908) along with its corresponding stainless hardware.
