Product Overview
The Genuine Koshin Front Cover (Part No. 0121900) is an updated OEM front housing component designed for Koshin 2-inch and 3-inch heavy-duty trash pumps, including the KTH-50X, KTZ-50X, KTR-50X, KTH-80X, and KTZ-80X series.
Precision die-cast from high-strength ADC Aluminum Alloy, this new-model outer casing seals the front hydraulic chamber, mounts the suction flange assembly, and secures the internal volute casing.
⚠️ CRITICAL COMPATIBILITY & SYSTEM UPGRADE NOTICE:
The new 0121900 Front Cover replaces the legacy 0115545 front cover. Due to revised internal mounting points and casing dimensions, Part No. 0121900 CANNOT be installed alone with old components.
For 2-Inch Trash Pumps (KTH-50X, KTZ-50X, KTR-50X): Must be replaced as a complete kit along with:
1x Volute Casing (FCD450 Ductile Iron): P/N 0121897
3x Stainless Socket Bolts (M8 × 35 SUS): P/N 0121539
3x Washers: P/N 0121540
1x Casing Packing (NBR Rubber): P/N 0123217
For 3-Inch Trash Pumps (KTH-80X, KTZ-80X, KTH-80S, KTZ-80S): Fits 3" models as well, BUT requires the specific 3" Volute Casing (P/N 0121908) instead of the 2" volute casing.
