The Genuine Koshin Front Cover (Part No. 0115545) is the legacy OEM front chamber housing for Koshin 2-inch and 3-inch heavy-duty trash pumps, including the KTH-50X, KTZ-50X, KTR-50X, KTH-80X, and KTZ-80X series.
Precision die-cast from ADC Aluminum Alloy, this front housing seals the hydraulic pump chamber, mounts the suction flange, and secures the internal volute casing.
⚠️ IMPORTANT REPLACEMENT & SUPERSEDENCE NOTICE:
The 0115545 Front Cover is a legacy part that is being phased out by the manufacturer. It is designed ONLY to pair with older-generation volute casings (e.g., P/N 0115489 for 2" or P/N 0115559 for 3").
Replacing an old 0115545 with identical 0115545: Direct drop-in replacement if keeping your original volute casing.
Upgrading to the New Generation (Part No. 0121900): If updating to the new 0121900 front cover, you MUST also update your internal volute casing and mounting hardware (Volute 0121897 for 2" or Volute 0121908 for 3"), as old and new generation components cannot be cross-mixed.
